1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShutrAI ("the Service"), operated by Fitwork AI Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShutrAI is an AI-powered product photography platform. You upload product images, provide text prompts, and our AI generates professional-quality product photos. The service operates on a credit-based system.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Credits & Payments

• Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when you generate images.
• Credit prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change. Existing credits are not affected by price changes.
• Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account.
• If a generation fails due to a system error, the credits will be refunded to your account automatically.

5. Refund Policy

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following cases:

• Technical failures that prevent you from using purchased credits.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors.
• Account deletion requests where unused credits remain (within 7 days of purchase).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images you do not have the right to use.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI generation system.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our permission.
• Resell or redistribute the Service or credits without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

• Your uploads: You retain all rights to images you upload.
• Generated images: You own the AI-generated images created from your uploads and prompts. You may use them for any commercial or personal purpose.
• Our service: The ShutrAI platform, including its design, code, and AI models, remains our intellectual property.

8. Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse generation or remove content that:

• Contains or promotes illegal activity.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Contains explicit, violent, or hateful content.
• Impersonates another person or brand without authorization.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShutrAI and Fitwork AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
