• Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account.
• Uploaded images: product photos you upload for AI generation. These are stored securely and used solely to generate your images.
• Generated images: AI-generated images created from your uploads, stored in your account gallery.
• Payment information: billing details processed through our payment providers (Razorpay). We do not store credit card numbers directly.
• Usage data: credit balance, generation history, and activity logs to provide our service.
• Device information: device type, operating system, and app version when using our mobile app.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our AI image generation service.
• To process payments and manage your credit balance.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, payment receipts).
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our service.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with encryption at rest and in transit. Uploaded and generated images are stored in secure cloud storage with signed, time-limited access URLs.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication tokens, and row-level security on all database tables.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: authentication, database, and file storage.
• Razorpay: payment processing.
• Google OAuth / Apple Sign-In: optional social authentication.
• AI model providers: to generate images from your prompts and uploads. Uploaded images are sent to these providers only for generation and are not retained by them beyond processing.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export your generated images at any time via the gallery.
• Withdraw consent for data processing (by deleting your account).

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated images for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data, uploaded images, and generated images are permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

ShutrAI is not intended for use by anyone under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the app.
